Collin R. Simonsen
Collin’s experience has centered on construction law, land use law, constitutional law, estate planning trademark registration, business formation, elder law and tax.
Collin joined Fetzer Simonsen Booth & Jenkins in 2009. He has substantial experience representing outdoor advertisers, construction companies, and other business in commercial transactions and litigation. Collin also routinely advises individual clients on estate planning and related matters.
Collin is a graduate of the University of Idaho School of Law and Brigham Young University.
PUBLICATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS
Collin has presented seminars to licensed contractors related to mechanic’s liens and payment bonds. Collin wrote an article which was published in the Nov/Dec 2014 issue Utah Bar Journal, entitled Does a Landlord have a Fiduciary Duty to a Tenant in the Build-out Scenario?
